City on a grain of salt. Tuzla means a place of salt and it lays on top of the salt lake. It is suspected it has been there for around 7000 years as one of the oldest places in Europe.

Wild mushrooms my dad picked up two days ago in the woods.
Here they're posing for you just before being eaten.
Btw they were yummy =)

Have you ever tried wild mushrooms?

Oh yes! As much as anything I love the look on people's faces when they say "You're not going to EAT those are you??"

Just where I live, I collect parasol mushrooms and have found giant puffballs (occasionally). In the car park where I sometimes work there are hundreds of ceps that nobody touches..... But go into the woods, and you can be run over by hordes of professional mushroom hunters.

Thanx all for stopping by =)

Hamilton - lucky you. I could eat mushrooms every day, supermarket white ones are not even close to these wild ones.

Objectif - plume - that's very true, but these on the photo are harmless, very tasty.

I was looking first time at your blog and found these mushroom post.
I live in Finland and we have plenty of wild mushrooms in our forests. Some of them are poisonous, but after boiling them, you can eat also these mushrooms.
Just now people are catchering Boletus edulis (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boletus_edulis ) for themselves and for Italians. Trailer lorries transports mushrooms to Italy. You can find from Wikipedia english names and even how the call this mushroom in your country.
Have a nice time!
