City on a grain of salt. Tuzla means a place of salt and it lays on top of the salt lake. It is suspected it has been there for around 7000 years as one of the oldest places in Europe.

DP Theme Day - Doorways


Right on time, monthly theme day =)

Here you can see the door inside of the castle ‘Dragon of Bosnia’ that I visited few days ago. It shows you the essence of the life in Otoman Empire period in Bosnia.

Dragon of Bosnia is a great name. Great door, I like the way the curve of the rug matches the curve of the arch!
