City on a grain of salt. Tuzla means a place of salt and it lays on top of the salt lake. It is suspected it has been there for around 7000 years as one of the oldest places in Europe.

Big day

This post is about one unusual day in Tuzla at our lake.
This little boy has learned to swim today, so today’s DP is dedicated to him.

I took my nephew’s son for a day and was on a mission to teach him to swim. He was very playful and courageous enough and managed to make his first swim alone this very day.

I'm so proud of him.
It was a really memorable, wonderful day, so I have to share it with you.

Hope you had something interesting happened to you today?

swimming is such a good skill to have- I'm glad you spent the time to teach him something very important! That way, when he visits the islands, he can enjoy the beaches a lot more =)

Thanx all for stopping by =)

Kala - I learned to swim in the swimming pool when very small, we had lots of activities in our sport center, so I was doing swimming a and gymnastics... that was fun
How did you learn to swim, I guess you learned to swim before walking (babies can swim, can't they?).
Hard to believe that there are people who don't take the advantage of your beautiful islands and don't have basic skill of swimming, shame on them =)
