Where is this building located in Tuzla? Can't remember seeing it.
definitely, although some may argue that it is vandalism.
If it is beautiful work like this, i dont mind it ;)
It is probably better than plain paint but the bars on the windows and the size of the building reminds me of a Western (cowboy era) jail in a small town. Is this grafetti?
Whatever it is, vandalism or grafitti, I love it. Beautifies the surroundings!

for the reference this old building is situated in the small park near the school of music, it's attached to the Jedinstvo stadium.
