City on a grain of salt. Tuzla means a place of salt and it lays on top of the salt lake. It is suspected it has been there for around 7000 years as one of the oldest places in Europe.

Quirky things

This is a small street in an old part of town. The buildings are also quite old and some of them run down. However, there is this shop that opened over 5 years ago (if not longer) selling plastic containers and buckets. I never saw a customer in it, yet the shop is still open for business and it doesn't look like it's going to close any time soon. In fact, I think I would miss it if it closed. Maybe I should go in one day and buy a lunch box for myself. You can never have enough plastic containers!!

What quirky things are hiding in your part of the world?
Have a quirky Wednesday.

I think a closeup of all those colorful containers would make a super picture. Maybe you could take one while buying a lunch box..

Hi Lilly!

You have been doing a great job taking over from your sis. Sorry only visited today.

Btw, let Jazzy know that I finally got the postcard she sent! It must have taken 1 month for a postcard to arrive from Bosna / Hercegovina! It's my first card from your country! Thanks so much :-)

What's hiding in this part of the world? I must go find! (where it is hiding) haha...

This is a BEAUTIFUL photo, the lighting is really interesting and so is the row of facades. Colourful but subtle at the same time. Lots to look at. Great!

Ok, when I'm next there I'll get a picture from the inside of the shop. You are probably right, all the colourful boxes would make for a good picture.

yes indeed the assembly of limp with their colors would make a beautiful graphic photograph. In the strange one in Evry, on a long pavement, they put at the beautiful medium a grid, it is thus necessary to descend and go up pavement. good one could say oneself not too serious, except 1) the street is a street or the car goes quickly and it is cavity in a turn, therefore the cars see us at the last minute and especially in the 2) pavements edges have, and if one handicaps in armchair takes this pavement, and well it is blocked, it must turn over to the beginning of the street in reverse gear
