City on a grain of salt. Tuzla means a place of salt and it lays on top of the salt lake. It is suspected it has been there for around 7000 years as one of the oldest places in Europe.

What an interesting shot of an unusual winter activity! I can imagine playing outdoor chess in the summer, but the winter?! Must be hardy folks since it looks so cold!

Most excellent photo!
Love the chess players, and esp. love the boy or girl with 'sanke'! Great memories of sleding for hours & hours on the smallest of hills, not caring how cold it was. Also of sledding down the street from Banja with so many people.
