Fascinating picture. The clarity and the nuanced detail of the path and the cat's coat along with the forceful lines and spaces of the composition distracts the eye so that it to notice that "snow" is effectively just the absence of colour. I also like the contrast between the sharp upper kerb line and the irregular lower snow line. One of your really good "composition" pictures.
