City on a grain of salt. Tuzla means a place of salt and it lays on top of the salt lake. It is suspected it has been there for around 7000 years as one of the oldest places in Europe.

I am with Owen. I can nearly smell the bread. This brings back memories of going to the neighborhood bakery as a kid. As I recall, the closed the store early on fridays but the locals could still go in through the back to buy bread. You went right into an area like this were the guys were making the bread dough and baking it. Mmmmm.

Fascinating photo, Jazzy. This bakery seems to be work intensive, and I'd love to taste the results!
