City on a grain of salt. Tuzla means a place of salt and it lays on top of the salt lake. It is suspected it has been there for around 7000 years as one of the oldest places in Europe.

Missing Persons Institute
Identifying and finding missing persons is an admiring and endless job for all involved to unravel the truth about the massacres in the recent war. Here is their institute.
They should have an international mpi as they do in your country. Mahalo for your visit. I don't seem to get many visitors these days, so every visitor is so appreciated!

I don't know what to say; I never imagined you'd have an institute for this; I vaguely thought you might have a big section in the police... Such a tragedy. Thanks for posting it.
What a sad comment on human beings--the massacres, that is. But, how wonderful that there are groups of individuals who honour and respect the santity of human life!!
How sad and very touching to need an institure such as this. An important job but it must be very emotional for them too. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

It certainly a hard job not just to find the missing persons but to deal the traumas of the families. kudos to whoever founded this institute!
